David Yoshioka grew up in San Francisco, raised his family in Southern California, and eventually moved to Arizona to be the fearless leader of P&H.

Prior to being the COO and CFO of P&H, Dave was the president and CEO of Heritage Insurance Group - which is a large service contract provider. His background is extensive in the insurance industry, Finance, and in Compliance. He received his Masters degree from The Wharton School of Business.

Dave has led a very interesting life... from being in an internment camp during WWII, to playing the Saxophone in the Army Band and running a few huge companies. Dave can tell you a little bit about his adventurous life when you meet him.

Dave’s hobbies include golf, a good meal and mentoring the next generation in business.
