Shane has worked in the finance industry for nearly 30 yrs. He started out in Mortgages and Real Estate in 1996 and opened his own company in 2003.

He transitioned to the Auto industry in 2012 and has served as a Finance Manager and Director for Lithia Motors and Elder Automotive. His specialty is training sales teams in building value and overcoming objections while increasing margins.

He enjoys all water sports especially diving and snorkeling and spending his time with his family and friends in the beautiful Clearwater, Florida area.
